THIS WEDDING NEAR BOURGES TOOK PLACE IN A MAGNIFICENT PRIVATE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CENTRE-VAL DE LOIRE REGION. THIS WEDDING IS ALL THE MORE SPECIAL FOR ATAWA AS IT IS THE WEDDING OF ONE OF ITS FOUNDERS. MAXIME AND ELODIE CHOSE TO SAY YES UNDER A SILHOUETTE TENT DECORATED FOR A CHIC AND NATURAL ATMOSPHERE.

A chic and country wedding in a property in Sologne

Maxime and Elodie chose to organise their wedding in the Indre 36 region of France in a superb private property not far from Bourges. The cocktail area was set up in front of the pretty family home, which takes its charm from its sky-blue shutters and old stones. It was furnished with elegant white chairs and white pedestal tables in harmony with the tree-lined front and its fountain. 

In the grounds of the house, our team erected a large silhouette tent of 448 m² to accommodate the 350 guests of the bride and groom. In front of the structure was a large terrace of 50 m² with a plant pole in its centre and lit up by garlands of lights. In the dining area, the bride and groom chose to favour natural materials to create a country atmosphere. Thus, wooden square chairs were installed and the large banquet tables, dressed with white tablecloths, were decorated with fine plant garlands and pretty glass candle holders. 
The final decorative touch was a pretty plant liana hanging from the wooden poles of the decorated tent. 

From event decoration to energy

As every detail counts, the Atawa team relied on event decoration to achieve an elegant look that reflected the decoration chosen by the bride and groom. A skirting was installed around the floor and a partition was installed over the caterer's passageway to hide the backstage area from the guests. The event was powered by a 60kva generator, which was used for the lighting and sound system.
Various spotlights and lyres illuminated the park, the façade of the house, but also the interior of the structure creating sublime lighting effects. 

In this setting, guests celebrated and danced until the early hours of the morning, thanks to the sound equipment in the cocktail area and in the decorated tent. 
For the comfort of the guests during the evening, Atawa also installed a forced-air heater in the marquee and 4 dry sanitary cabins providing an aesthetic, comfortable and odourless aspect.
