Organization of a wedding by the sea in the Arcachon basin

We intervened in May 2022 for the organization of a sumptuous wedding on the Arcachon basin. The bride and groom dreamed of a seaside wedding that they wanted to be chic, refined and warm.

A meticulous infrastructure for this Franco-English wedding at Le Pyla

In order to welcome the 340 guests of their wedding at Le Pyla in all serenity, the bride and groom and their families called on us for a global offer : marquee, furniture, floor, art of the table, decor, lighting, energy and sanitary.
Several areas have been set up within the private property to allow guests to enjoy every moment of the day.

An exceptional dinner under the Big Top

The dinner area of this great wedding at Le Pyla took place under an imposing 450m² Bamboo marquee. The guests were comfortably seated on beautiful Louisianne bamboo chairs in wood and white, around rectangular tables. The latter were covered with a white linen fabric, decorated with delicate country bouquets and elegant romantic tableware. In order to bring a natural touch to this beautiful decoration, we have associated Romance plates with green Tourmaline glasses. The poles of the Bamboo tent were sublimated with pampas and other plants by a talented florist of the region, Mr. Rodolphe Tastes.
The catering part was managed by Monblanc, a very famous service provider in the Bordeaux region. We thus arranged this space under a reception tent of 150 m², which was connected to the main tent by Pagode tents. The evening was also animated by the group of musicians CIRCUS Music.
After dinner, the space under the Big Top was rearranged to accommodate the next morning's brunch.

Construction of a custom-made terrace facing the sea

In order to create a unique and original decor for this seaside wedding near Bordeaux, we built a custom-made terrace in height. The couple wanted a warm and elegant atmosphere to celebrate their wedding, so we installed country furniture. Black and white woven chairs, bistro tables, Louisianne umbrellas and even a vintage looking refrigerated ice cream wagon dressed up the space. Wooden sideboards were set up to create a natural, country atmosphere for this beautiful seaside wedding.
To protect guests from the sun while allowing them to admire the view, shade sails were installed on the custom-made terrace.

Additional facilities for this seaside reception

Guests also enjoyed a tasting of local oysters on The Rip-Rap. For this purpose, we arranged wooden benches and chairs along the beach, Romance eat-up, and part of the buffet was presented in an old wooden car, giving an authentic touch to the reception.
The Rip-Rap had direct access to the beach, so guests were able to swim on the day of the reception; a rare occurrence at a wedding!

For the comfort of all, we have also provided sanitary spaces : a luxurious sanitary caravan for guests and two sanitary cabins for the staff. In order to allow guests to access the sanitary facilities safely in case of bad weather, we have created a corridor made of Pagode Tents.
So that the guests could leave with a picture of this sumptuous evening, a photobooth space was set up between the breads, facing the sea.
The guests could thus enjoy a festive and cosy atmosphere until the end of the night, while enjoying the summer temperatures of the south of France and the pleasant water of the sea.
