Large-scale rental structures for your events

Whether you're organizing a festival, a congress, a grand wedding, a large-scale exhibition or a temporary warehouse, our large-scale event structures are designed to meet your most demanding requirements. 
Flexible and modular, our 25, 30, 40 and 50-meter-wide structures can be extended in 5-meter spans. This means you can create an ephemeral space of 1000m2 or more, precisely tailored to your specific needs.

Depending on the desired surface area, the region of your event and our availability, two formats of event structure are possible: bi-slope structure or polygonal structure.

Secure fastening solutions for your professional marquees

To ensure the safety of your event, and to meet the requirements of the inspection authorities, Atawa takes care to offer the most suitable fixing solution for the site. 
Our event tents can be securely anchored using anchor poles for suitable terrain, guaranteeing high stability. For areas where anchoring to the ground is not possible, we can weight down your structure with concrete blocks to ensure solid, secure fixing, without compromising the integrity of your event space.

Creating a customized event space

Our event structures for large-scale events can be customized to suit your needs. You have the freedom to create customized configurations, whether you need to accommodate a large number of guests in a spacious area, or to organize zones dedicated to specific activities. We can create custom partitions for you.

Atawa can also assist you with the layout of your event structure. A wide range of lighting is available for hire, from classic utility lighting to high-end custom lighting. 
What's more, to ensure a comfortable experience for your guests, we offer heating and air-conditioning options to guarantee their well-being throughout the event.

Finally, to power all the electrical equipment you need for your event, we provide reliable and powerful generators.

Stucture

Our large event structures feature an opaque white roof or transparent "crystal" canvas. Curtains and gable ends are white or crystal. They can be fitted with metal-framed parquet flooring, which can be left unfinished or covered with a floor covering such as carpet.

Dimensions

Standard widths: 25m, 30m, 40m, 50m. A forklift is required to lift the trusses. Length: Succession of 5m bays.

Interlining

The canvas, whether opaque or transparent, is UV-resistant, flame-retardant and M2 fire-retardant. The high grammage of our fabrics makes them highly resistant. Canvas also provides excellent acoustics.

Fixing

Large event structures are made up of several anchoring points. They can be fixed in various ways: - Staked into the ground if the location permits - Ballasted (concrete, sand or water)

Safety

Our large event structures can withstand winds of up to 100km/h and 4cm of snow. Our tents are installed by certified professionals according to precise technical rules.

Certification

We can provide an extract from the Safety Register for our tents. These are CTS approved by the relevant authorities.
